Opening the Client Center
Opening the Client Center
  1. From the main toolbar click on Help and select the Client Center from the menu. This will establish an internet connection and launch the Faceforward Activation dialogue window.
NOTE: An internet connection is required for activation.

  1. Enter your Customer ID and your Password.
  2. Click the Login button.

  1. Click on the Faceforward line in the Installed Products grid.
  2. Click on the Activate button in the lower right side of the dialogue box.
NOTE: To activate other Faceforward products repeat the previous steps.

Upon successful activation the Details box provides information on:
  • The number of licenses currently available.
  • The subscription renewal date.
  • The installed version.
  • The current version.
  • The activation date.
