We needed a business solution to access our Customer Data and our Product Data on a real time basis. Faceforward has been a remarkable and easy tool to get exactly the information we need. PFI executed their installation seamlessly through all stages - needs analysis, planning, installation, training, and early post monitoring - on time and on budget. Their communications with me during these activities was excellent.

The software flexibility to build your own dataview on the fly has been extremely useful. The ability to share dataviews so all users are using the same template is a key management control. In the future, the scaleability of the software platform to enable outside access by key outside Customers and Supply chain vendors will bring us closer to real-time accurate data shared broadly.

From my perspective, the significance of the Faceforward software is the elimination of the need to have an internal database administrator.

Personally, I like that Faceforward can export reports into Excel very easily.

Also, PFI's technical support response time is excellent; they get the job done very quickly, with great attention to customer's specific needs. They are doing very well on the customer service front, from my point of view.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you that we are extremely pleased with our new Faceforward program. It already in the few days that we have used the product saved us hours of work. The time savings has allowed us to focus on the analysis instead of spending our time getting the analysis completed.

I want to share with you our training experience, we have a presentation room in our facility and during our live training we had five people being trained, the room was full of excitement and they were anxious to get back to their desks to create their views. As you saw they had already created 3-4 views prior to the training.
